- The item has no marks, stains, or odors (including deodorant, perfume, or washing powder)


- Hygiene stickers are still in place on bodysuits and swimwear


- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons


- The item has the returns ribbon still secured (if applicable)


- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
