When will my Makarii order ship?
At Makarii, we aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after placement. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, holidays, or during inventory audits will begin processing on the next business day. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend allowing extra time for shipping to ensure timely arrival.

How can I track my Makarii order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates typically appear within 2-3 business days of shipping. Don't worry if you don't see immediate updates - your package is on its way to the distribution center.

Will my Makarii order arrive in multiple shipments?
Depending on the items ordered, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. You'll only be charged for shipping once, and each shipment will have its own tracking number under the same order number.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you've made a mistake and your order hasn't been picked or packed yet, we may be able to update your details. Please email us as soon as possible at info@makarii.com, and we'll do our best to amend the shipping address for you.
