I made a mistake on my order. Can I make a change?
Oops, no problem! Once an order is placed, our quick-moving packing team gets it out the door fast. So unfortunately, we can't make changes to details like the shipping address or size. But feel free to email us at hello@markarii.com or DM us on social media, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Stock and Avaiability
The item I want is out of stock. What are my options?
Great news - we have a dedicated team working to restock popular Markarii items within just a few weeks of them selling out. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when what you're looking for is back in stock.
Will you be getting more stock?
We do our best to restock popular styles, but unfortunately, we can't always guarantee availability for less in-demand products. If you have a question about the status of a specific item, size, or color, just reach out to our customer service team, and we'll provide an update.
Ordering & Tracking
I'm so excited about my order. How can I track it?
We're thrilled you're loving your upcoming Markarii delivery! Once we've shipped your order, we'll email you the tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox. And after your items arrive, don't forget to let us know what you think when our feedback form comes through.
Can I edit my order after I submit it?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled and shipped yet, our team may be able to make changes. Just reach out to customer service as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Once an order has shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make any edits.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
For cancellation requests, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. After the order has shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
I just placed two orders. Will you combine them?
If the orders in question haven't been fulfilled yet, we may be able to combine them. Get in touch with our customer service team, and they'll look into it for you.

Do your products run true to size?
Since Markarii items come from a variety of manufacturers, the sizing can vary from piece to piece. Be sure to check the detailed size guide on each product page to find your best fit. If you're between sizes or have any other fit questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our team for personalized recommendations.

I'd love my order now. Can I pay later?
Absolutely! We offer AfterPay as a buy now, pay later option. We're working on expanding this to other regions, so stay tuned.
